What is Warehouse 817?

Warehouse 817 is an event venue rental space in downtown Bristol Virginia – Tennessee.

What is the capacity of the space?

Suggested maximum capacity for main floor events is 75 guests. The rooftop deck has a maximum capacity of 49 occupants. All restrooms are located on the main floor and only the main floor is ADA accessible.

Is the rooftop deck included in the rental?

The rooftop deck is included in wedding rentals and Friday and Saturday night rentals. It is an optional upgrade for all other events and times.

How much does it cost to rent the space?

Pricing is contingent upon several factors including size of event, date and time, season, etc. Individual, private events held Sunday–Thursday are surprisingly affordable. Inquire about a date for more details.

How do I reserve a date?

A 50% deposit and signed agreement is required for all rentals. Events must be paid in full thirty days prior to the scheduled event.

What types of payment are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, electronic personal checks, cash, and corporate checks are all accepted.

Are tables included?

Rentals include up to (7) 60" round tables and (3) 30" × 72" rectangle tables. Additional tables are available for an additional charge.

Is seating included?

Yes, appropriate seating is included in the cost of your rental. Additional chairs are available for an additional charge.

Is audio/visual equipment available?

Yes - 65" smart TVs, an LCD projector and screen, and in-house audio are available with most rentals.

Am I required to use a specific caterer?

Warehouse 817 does not offer a catering service. The renter is free to select their own caterer - or no caterer at all.

Is cooking allowed on site?

The facility has a catering kitchen which includes a refrigerator, microwave, and a small sink. The kitchen is for prepping only - there is no equipment for cooking.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed?

Alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises pursuant to laws and regulations of the Virginia ABC. You may need to obtain a banquet license depending on your event. Please contact us for additional information related to alcoholic beverages.

Is parking provided?

Parking is not provided on site. However, there are more than 100 spaces available in the downtown area within 1.5 blocks of the facility.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking, smokeless tobacco, cigars, and e-cigarettes are not allowed anywhere on the property.

Are pets allowed?

While we love furry creatures, we ask that you keep them at home while you enjoy your special event.
